Add about 10-15 drops of any of these essential oils: Eucalyptus, Melaleuca, Rosemary, Lavender, Clove, Cinnamon, Peppermint (decide what scents you love) to a baking soda paste (about 1-2 cups of baking soda with about 1/2 c water until it’s pasty like putty). Place in a pretty silicone muffin tray to dry for about 30 minutes. Pop out and store in a pretty bag with a ribbon. (Beware use with children. These are “hot” oils and could irritate lungs.)
I was afraid that the face of the bracelet would be too big on my wrist. It's actually perfect sizing. Since I really have a tiny wrist, the band is still a tad big on me. I even used it up to the last slot of the bracelet and the end sticks up and looks weird to me. Good timing since I'm in the middle of my migraine and I already started to put the oils in. Love that it's a twistable face cap since my hands and arms are constantly moving I didn't want the the piece to fall out without my knowledge.
