Thanks for sharing your ideas about spa gift baskets. I love that you talked about how you can give an easy and delightful spa basket as a gift this coming holiday. I have so many friends who absolutely love to be pampered during their free time. Most of them go to a spa after a busy week. But, because of the busy schedule, they aren’t able to do regular spa visit anymore. I am considering a spa basket as my gift to them so they can still find time to be pampered even they are at home. I will make sure to look for a shop where I can buy spa baskets.

In my earlier adult years, I had some wicked bouts of hormonal breakouts – enough to make me not want to leave the house. This was before I became enlightened about what I put into and onto my body, so I turned to toxic over-the-counter and prescription acne treatments. Now, if a little something pops up, I’ve got my essential oils to turn to. This homemade zip zapper uses Purification, which is great for supporting healthy skin! Other essential oils that are helpful in banishing blemishes include Melaleuca (also known as Tea Tree Oil) and Melrose (a nice blend of Rosemary, Melaleuca, Clove, and Niaouli). Get the recipe here and buy the tubes to fill with your concoction here.
Hi there! The reason that you need to use dark bottles is because of the Essential Oils that go into the recipes. Essential Oils are AMAZING, but really sensitive to light. Using a dark colored glass bottle or jar is what helps to keep them safe. If you do use something that is clear make sure to store it in a cool, dry, and dark place so that it isn’t heated and definitely no direct sunlight! Also, if you use plastic the essential oils will eventually eat away at the plastic because they are potent. When I use a plastic container I only use it once. Just off-hand, though, peppermint, lavender, and frankincense are often recommended for headaches. Other oils that can help with congestion are rosemary and eucalyptus, but these should not be used with children under the age of 5 nor with pregnant mamas. The migraine recipe noted below likely would help with a sinus headache but some people might find the addition of rosemary or eucalyptus might help relieve some of the congestion faster.
I was afraid that the face of the bracelet would be too big on my wrist. It's actually perfect sizing. Since I really have a tiny wrist, the band is still a tad big on me. I even used it up to the last slot of the bracelet and the end sticks up and looks weird to me. Good timing since I'm in the middle of my migraine and I already started to put the oils in. Love that it's a twistable face cap since my hands and arms are constantly moving I didn't want the the piece to fall out without my knowledge.
