I love the scent of those holiday pinecones in the stores, but unlike this DIY scented pinecone tutorial from Confessions of an Overworked Mom, they are probably not made with real essential oils. Also, I love her idea of sending your kids outside to collect the pinecones—make it a family activity to make them and then deliver to your neighbors to spread cheer.
In my 5ml headache roller I use: 7 drops each of Panaway, Pepermint and Frankincense. I have daily migraines and this has helped reduce the need for migraine meds to just a couple times a month. I start rolling on my forehead, temples and back of my head/neck area as soon as I feel pain. I use every couple of hours as needed! Just double the amount of drops for each and fill with your carrier oil ( I use fractionated coconut oil)!
This is a perfect one to do with the kids. All you need are clothespins, a little roll of cork, glue, some bling, your imagination, and you’re in business. This is a nice looking unit that blends with any decor. We needed something to add humidity to our dry Colorado air and to diffuse essential oils that aid in sleeping. After a week of use, I would say...so far, so good! Our sinuses feel less dry and sleep has been more restful, even though my husband has sleep apnea and often struggles with his CPAP.
