I have several diffusers in my home, and like them all for different reasons. My essential oil diffuser review post will help you make the best choice. which makes it perfect for gifts. Here’s a whole list of my favorite diffuser combinations that you could include in the gift basket, or simply tuck in single oils such as lavender, peppermint, or lemon.
Besides fresh-smelling laundry, dryer balls can quicken drying times by around 25% (varies on your dryer, clothes, and the amount of balls you use). Besides being super-friendly to Mother Earth, it’s good for the wallet. Unless you’re Warren Buffet, you like to save money, right? Even better, dryer balls are also non-toxic and can be scented with your favorite essential oil. Learn how to make you own dryer balls here.

What are dryer balls and how do they work?  Add a couple of drops of your favorite essential oil to a dryer ball- use 3 dryer balls for small loads and 5-6 balls for large loads.  Dryer balls help reduce drying time and static- all without the toxic chemicals found in most dryer sheets.  Plus dryer balls are reusable; one set lasts for years.  Wouldn’t these make great gifts for your oily friends and team members?  Buy premium extra-large dryer balls at a great price here or find instructions for making your own dryer balls here
So if you are like me and want to be frugal in your gift giving but really want to share something that can be helpful to a friend or loved one, I know you will love this post with some homemade gifts using essential oils. You know I am not a big DIYer and really stretch myself when I do, but I have found when I take the time to make gifts myself they mean more to me and I know they are loved by those receiving the gifts.
I just bought an aromatherapy diffuser and it didn't specify much about the oil to use other than an essential oil of my choice. I chose to use these essential oils and I would buy them again. The fragrances cover all of the typical aromatherapy uses and allow for mixing of scents to match your preferences and need. My personal favorite is eucalyptus. I haven't gone through all of the combinations yet, but I think it'd be difficult to create a bad fragrance with these oils. If you aren't sure which type of scent you like then this is the perfect package for you because the bottles are so small! It's like a sampler pack for the scents, but a little really does go a long way. I'd say this is a good purchase as a good price.
Put your shea butter and coconut oil in a double burner. Put on low heat and let the fats melt. Take off of heat and pour your oils into a glass bowl. Add your olive oil. Let slightly cool and add your Castile soap and essential oil. Put in refrigerator for about an hour or until the solution starts to solidify. Then remove from fridge and whip your solution with an immersion blender until it forms a whipped cream texture. Scoop into your glass pot. Close with lid and store in a dark, cool place. Scoop out silver dollar scoop of cream and spread before shaving.

Thanks for sharing your ideas about spa gift baskets. I love that you talked about how you can give an easy and delightful spa basket as a gift this coming holiday. I have so many friends who absolutely love to be pampered during their free time. Most of them go to a spa after a busy week. But, because of the busy schedule, they aren’t able to do regular spa visit anymore. I am considering a spa basket as my gift to them so they can still find time to be pampered even they are at home. I will make sure to look for a shop where I can buy spa baskets.
Pour almost 2 ounces of your Castor Oil into your dropper bottle. Add your essential oils. Put on dropper lid and shake bottle. Apply to your scalp each morning and massage into scalp. Wait 20 minutes and then wash hair. You can also apply before bed. If you want to apply more frequently without an oil feel, you can make the serum using almost 2 ounces of distilled water and 1 teaspoon of witch hazel instead of the castor oil.

While we having been exploring our own semi-crunchy journey for a little over four years now, we know that many people in our family still think we are a bit on the hippie wagon. Yet and still, I’m always looking for ways to get our family and friends on a more natural journey of their own.  One of the ways I love to do this is by introducing them to essential oils.  They are so versatile and amazing that it’s no wonder that people typically fall in love with them after just a few uses.

**Directions: In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk until very well combined.  In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Slowly combine wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Note: if the mixture is foaming, you are adding too fast.  Keep whisking together until very well combined.  Using silicone baking molds, firmly pack mixture in each mold. Let air dry for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.  Pop out and keep in an airtight container.

The first one I ordered was scratched on the front. Amazon credited my account,I returned it and I re-ordered it again. I just got the second one last night. I have yet to use and wear it. It appears from a functional stand point that it will work just fine. However, I don't know if it will discolor over time. I will try to post a new review after a few uses. The picture of this item is very deceiving. It is much smaller in size that what the picture leads you to believe. If your looking for a small and more petite face this is good for you. If your wanting something with a large face I would suggest looking at other bracelets.
