This is a perfect one to do with the kids. All you need are clothespins, a little roll of cork, glue, some bling, your imagination, and you’re in business. Pair them with a sample or two of your favorite essential oil, and you’ve got a solid gift that keeps on giving. Just put a few drops on the cork, attach to your car vent, and breathe. This is a classic spray that makes your laundry smell uh-mazing and helps to support well-being. Once your clothes come out of dryer or cloth’s line, spray your sheets liberally. Because Lavender essential oil is gentle, this is safe to use on your children’s sheets before bedtime. You could also use this as a soothing body spray or perfume (replace the distilled water with a light carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil.)
Put your cocoa and shea butter in a double burner. Put on low heat and let the fats melt. Take off of heat and pour your oils into a glass bowl. Let slightly cool and add your vitamin E, olive and essential oils. Put in refrigerator for about an hour or until the solution starts to solidify. Then remove from fridge and whip your solution with an immersion blender until it forms a whipped cream texture. Scoop into your glass pot. Close with lid and store in a dark, cool place. Apply to belly and breasts daily.
I’m slowly becoming a linen spray junkie. I love to add a spritz (with Lavender) on my pillow before I hit the hay. It’s so soothing. What better way to say “I appreciate you” than with this DIY linen spray idea?  Use it to freshen up your sheets, towels, or anywhere else that’s kinda stinky. The scent possibilities are endless. Some of my favorites are Lavender, Peace & Calming, Roman Chamomile, and Purification. Learn how to make it here and buy pretty glass spritzer bottles to fill with your linen spray here.
Pour almost 2 ounces of your Castor Oil into your dropper bottle. Add your essential oils. Put on dropper lid and shake bottle. Apply to your scalp each morning and massage into scalp. Wait 20 minutes and then wash hair. You can also apply before bed. If you want to apply more frequently without an oil feel, you can make the serum using almost 2 ounces of distilled water and 1 teaspoon of witch hazel instead of the castor oil.

I was afraid that the face of the bracelet would be too big on my wrist. It's actually perfect sizing. Since I really have a tiny wrist, the band is still a tad big on me. I even used it up to the last slot of the bracelet and the end sticks up and looks weird to me. Good timing since I'm in the middle of my migraine and I already started to put the oils in. Love that it's a twistable face cap since my hands and arms are constantly moving I didn't want the the piece to fall out without my knowledge.
