Wonderful product, especially for the price! The oils came in and they smell wonderful! They appear to be of high quality, and I am excited to use them! The bottles are the same size, as described. They were a little oily when they arrived and they smelled strongly of eucalyptus, but I assume that's from shipping. The caps came off easily and they are nicely packaged. Great purchase!
Measure your salt and pour into a large glass bowl. Add your olive oil and mix well with a metal spoon. Add your essential oils and continue to stir your mixture. Slowly scoop into your glass pot. Close tightly with white lid and label. Store in a cool, dark place. Scoop out a silver dollar size of scrub and apply to body. Repeat weekly. This is one of the most pampering DIY essential oil recipes 🙂
So this year, I’m inspired to DIY much of my holiday gift-giving using one of my favorite things – essential oils! Not just any essential oils though – 100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils. I’ve been slightly obsessed with essential oils this year (and reusing essential oil bottles), so naturally, compiling my list of DIY holiday gift inspiration included lots of oily goodness.
Just off-hand, though, peppermint, lavender, and frankincense are often recommended for headaches. Other oils that can help with congestion are rosemary and eucalyptus, but these should not be used with children under the age of 5 nor with pregnant mamas. The migraine recipe noted below likely would help with a sinus headache but some people might find the addition of rosemary or eucalyptus might help relieve some of the congestion faster.
Hi there! The reason that you need to use dark bottles is because of the Essential Oils that go into the recipes. Essential Oils are AMAZING, but really sensitive to light. Using a dark colored glass bottle or jar is what helps to keep them safe. If you do use something that is clear make sure to store it in a cool, dry, and dark place so that it isn’t heated and definitely no direct sunlight! Also, if you use plastic the essential oils will eventually eat away at the plastic because they are potent. When I use a plastic container I only use it once. In my earlier adult years, I had some wicked bouts of hormonal breakouts – enough to make me not want to leave the house. This was before I became enlightened about what I put into and onto my body, so I turned to toxic over-the-counter and prescription acne treatments. Now, if a little something pops up, I’ve got my essential oils to turn to. This homemade zip zapper uses Purification, which is great for supporting healthy skin! Other essential oils that are helpful in banishing blemishes include Melaleuca (also known as Tea Tree Oil) and Melrose (a nice blend of Rosemary, Melaleuca, Clove, and Niaouli). Get the recipe here and buy the tubes to fill with your concoction here.

Beard oil? Yes, you heard me right. If this is the first time you hear about beard oil, bear with me. Men really do use it! Not only does it work for those beard masterpieces that almost require a comb to manage, but it’s also great for your man featuring a 5-day scruff look as these beard oils also help moisturize and nourish the skin beneath the hair!
Not very versed well in essential oils- I had bought a set similar to this with less options from another seller and found out while searching for more variety that particular seller was not selling a true essential oil. According to the reviewers for this, they are. I can definitely tell a difference between the two, but my favorite thing about this set is that they are MUCH easier to pour. Several drops come out vs. none at all with my other set, so that makes my life a fraction easier. The scents were great and loved the guide book that came with it, although I wish it had included more information than the little blurb they write per scent- like specific ways to use it instead of just the effects. Great product and will definitely only buy from Natrogix from now on!
