I ordered this as a gift for my wife because she is an avid essential oils person. We use oils in our house daily for about anything you can think of. From cleaning to illness, the oils really do come in handy. I have been made a believer. That being said my wife loves the Maromalife Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser necklace. It lets her use and take whatever oil she is fond of for the day with her and able to diffuse the oil throughout the day. The different color lava stones are nice because she is able to switch up the stone to match her outfit, or just match the oil. She will use certain colors for certain oils. We like the lava stones as a diffuser better than the little canister diffuser necklace we have tried in the past. They were not very consistent with the strength and ... full review
Besides fresh-smelling laundry, dryer balls can quicken drying times by around 25% (varies on your dryer, clothes, and the amount of balls you use). Besides being super-friendly to Mother Earth, it’s good for the wallet. Unless you’re Warren Buffet, you like to save money, right? Even better, dryer balls are also non-toxic and can be scented with your favorite essential oil. Learn how to make you own dryer balls here.

Add about 10-15 drops of any of these essential oils: Eucalyptus, Melaleuca, Rosemary, Lavender, Clove, Cinnamon, Peppermint (decide what scents you love) to a baking soda paste (about 1-2 cups of baking soda with about 1/2 c water until it’s pasty like putty). Place in a pretty silicone muffin tray to dry for about 30 minutes. Pop out and store in a pretty bag with a ribbon. (Beware use with children. These are “hot” oils and could irritate lungs.)
If you’re an essential oil lover like me, you want nothing else than sharing the gift of natural health an well-being with your loved ones: friends, family, relatives, acquaintances… even if you’re invited to a Christmas party or potluck, essential oil gifts make great hostess gifts – and you get to spread the love of essential oils. It’s a win win! You can’t fail with these essential oil presents. 🎁😊

Put your cocoa and shea butter in a double burner. Put on low heat and let the fats melt. Take off of heat and pour your oils into a glass bowl. Let slightly cool and add your vitamin E, olive and essential oils. Put in refrigerator for about an hour or until the solution starts to solidify. Then remove from fridge and whip your solution with an immersion blender until it forms a whipped cream texture. Scoop into your glass pot. Close with lid and store in a dark, cool place. Apply to belly and breasts daily.
So then, where is the recipe credit on this site?! These recipes are NOT rocket science- the base of the ingredients are the base of all EO recipes. From there, all you have to know is the uses of each oil. For the most part anything skin and hair are Pete and Repeat over and over. Unless someone comes up with some magical new recipe on their own the credit is not theirs. These are ancient oils and recipes forgotten by the population and traded for easy, pretty, and sometimes “better” fragrances. The issue is the chemicals are TOXIC. So, if anyone needs to credit or cite you could start looking in B.C. time. I’m not sure they used A.P.A.
While it may not look a lot like Christmas around here yet, it’s sure beginning to smell like it! My daughter Britta and I decided to do a little experimenting yesterday to come up with a blend of essential oils for diffusing that would make the house smell “merry and bright!” I’ve been diffusing it non-stop ever since. It has definitely given me a much needed mental boost. My grinch-like mood has been greatly improved….much to the delight of my family. :-)

No time for baths, but love the aromatherapy benefits of bath bombs? Try shower melts!  They’re a great way to add aromatherapy to your shower!  Shower steamers are really very easy to make and only take a few ingredients.  The basic recipe is 1 cup baking soda , 1/3 cup distilled water, and 25 drops essential oil.  Yep, the recipe is very simple.  I think the really fun part is choosing which fun shape you want to make and which essential oil blends to use.  Find instructions here
**Directions: In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk until very well combined.  In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Slowly combine wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Note: if the mixture is foaming, you are adding too fast.  Keep whisking together until very well combined.  Using silicone baking molds, firmly pack mixture in each mold. Let air dry for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.  Pop out and keep in an airtight container.
Beard oil? Yes, you heard me right. If this is the first time you hear about beard oil, bear with me. Men really do use it! Not only does it work for those beard masterpieces that almost require a comb to manage, but it’s also great for your man featuring a 5-day scruff look as these beard oils also help moisturize and nourish the skin beneath the hair!
For that special man in your life, ditch the Barbasol and give the gift of this soothing and uplifting shaving cream. Like many other personal care products, commercial shaving cream has parabens and artificial fragrances – which can be very harmful to our health. This blend contains Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Lavender. Get the recipe here and toss in a re-usable 4 ounce mason jar like this one.

The heart itself is simply gorgeous, unique, and functional. It has some variation in the color that makes it look slightly aged- lots of character and very intricate. The SIX included lava beads are great for putting on different oils, and they are super easy to change out. The cross adds some character to a an already classy piece. If you are looking for a good locket necklace to add essential oils to, this is a great choice. Even better- great customer service. The hook on my necklace broke after the return period, and the nice folks at Maromalife were happy to send out a replacement.
