In my 5ml headache roller I use: 7 drops each of Panaway, Pepermint and Frankincense. I have daily migraines and this has helped reduce the need for migraine meds to just a couple times a month. I start rolling on my forehead, temples and back of my head/neck area as soon as I feel pain. I use every couple of hours as needed! Just double the amount of drops for each and fill with your carrier oil ( I use fractionated coconut oil)!

I was afraid that the face of the bracelet would be too big on my wrist. It's actually perfect sizing. Since I really have a tiny wrist, the band is still a tad big on me. I even used it up to the last slot of the bracelet and the end sticks up and looks weird to me. Good timing since I'm in the middle of my migraine and I already started to put the oils in. Love that it's a twistable face cap since my hands and arms are constantly moving I didn't want the the piece to fall out without my knowledge.
